Nintendo of America is suing the US authorities, together with the Division of Treasury, Division of Homeland Safety and US Customs and Border Safety, over its tariff coverage, Aftermath stories. The online game big already raised costs on the Nintendo Swap in August 2025 in response to “market circumstances,” however has thus far left the value of its newer Swap 2 console unchanged.
