Displaced Palestinians browse books at Gaza’s new Phoenix Library, a youth-led initiative within the Rimal neighbourhood that goals to revive tradition and literature through the warfare. The library homes a various assortment of literary and scientific books, and features a youngsters’s part, its title reflecting Gaza’s rise from the rubble. “We retrieved the books from amidst the rubble lots of which have been in poor situation and proceeded to type and clear them,” says library proprietor Omar Hamad.
