With the French presidential election only a 12 months away, most events are conducting inside polls to determine on their candidate. Les Républicains, led by Bruno Retailleau, are assembly this weekend to determine whether or not to carry a major, amid criticism, notably from Laurent Wauquiez, over reluctance to organise a vote.
