François Picard welcomes Ghassan Salamé, Lebanon’s Minister of Tradition. Inside this context, he frames negotiation with Israel not as a matter of selection, however of necessity: the one viable path towards stability, dignity, and the essential circumstances for the Lebanese folks to dwell and thrive. These circumstances, he argues, rely upon full sovereignty over their land, folks, and waters, alongside the respect for worldwide legislation.
