Israeli navy forces have intercepted World Sumud boats utilizing jamming know-how and armed boarding groups to halt the humanitarian fleet in the midst of the Mediterranean, in response to organisers and Israeli media.
“Our boats have been approached by navy speedboats, self-identified as ‘Israel’, pointing lasers and semi-automatic assault weapons, ordering members to the entrance of the boats and to get on their fingers and knees,” the World Sumud Flotilla help mission stated on Thursday.
