Distinguished left-leaning Italian weekly L’Espresso is on the centre of a diplomatic storm on-line, after the Israeli ambassador to Italy slammed its alternative of entrance cowl as “manipulative.” The journal titled its newest version “L’Abuso” or “The Abuse,” illustrating the duvet with a photograph of an armed Israeli settler sneering, while pointing his smartphone at a visibly-distressed Palestinian lady.
