The Sudanese authorities stated on Wednesday that Germany’s plan to host a convention on Sudan on April 15 was a “shocking and unacceptable” interference in its inner affairs, made with out consulting Khartoum, and warned that participating with paramilitary teams would undermine state sovereignty.
