The LLano County Sheriff’s Felony Investigation Division arrested Angela Palmares, 27, Wednesday and charged the substitute with “improper relationship between an educator and scholar,” a second-degree felony.
Palmares did her substitute instructing within the Llano Impartial Faculty District situated about 75 miles northwest of Austin within the city of Llano, which has a inhabitants of solely 3500 residents. The varsity district serves 2,000 college students from the city and surrounding areas.
