Peruvians waited Monday to see who will face conservative Keiko Fujimori in a presidential runoff, after a chaotic first spherical of voting that sparked prison proceedings in opposition to prime election officers. Sunday’s vote noticed a sequence of logistical foul-ups in delivering election supplies that brought about polling facilities to open hours late. Police raided the headquarters of the Nationwide Workplace of Electoral Processes and later detained an election official over the delays.
